Cheezain etc. delivers its products right to your door step all over Pakistan. We use the most efficient delivery services available to ensure that the package reaches you intact and undamaged.
We offer COD (cash on delivery) nationwide. Customers are provided with the tracking code so that they can track their order. Depending on the order, our products typically reach customers within 6-8 working days.
Please note the Customer is responsible for all delivery charges. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we outsource our deliveries to or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to delays caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order has been placed. Orders placed online begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfillment and shipping times. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and placed again. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any official policy changes will be posted effectively on our website.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date ONLY if you have received a damaged item. When exchanging or returning an article you will have to pay for the return freight. Original freight cost will not be reimbursed, unless the return is due to damaged goods or due to a mistake made from our end in dispatching the order. If you wish to cancel an existing order you must do so by emailing us immediately at info@cheezainetc.com. If your item arrived in defective / damaged / incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a replacement, provided the exact item is available with Cheezain etc. If the same item is not
available, a refund will be issued.

Cheezain.etc reserves the right to cancel orders due to any reason. Common reasons may include; the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or pay pal payment is declined.
