Q1. How do I add items to my cart?

To add an item to your cart, navigate to the page to the item you are interested in and then choose your desired variation of that item. When you click the “Add to Cart” link, you will be brought to your “Shopping cart” page where you can then enter the quantity of the item that you would like using the “Qty” field on the right side of the screen. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order by checking out.

Q2. How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” check box to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the “Update cart” link.

Q3. How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click on the “View cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description and then click “Update cart” in the lower-right corner to have your changes reflected.

Q4. Do you deliver nationwide/worldwide?

Q5. How do you deliver your products?

Q6. Do you have an exchange/return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of the original purchase date ONLY if you have received a damaged item or faulty product. If you wish to cancel an existing order you must do so by emailing us immediately at If your item arrived in defective / damaged / incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a replacement, provided the exact item is available with Cheezain etc free of any delivery charges. If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Q7. What is your payment method?

We offer COD (cash on delivery) nationwide. Our standard delivery charges are Rs.250. However, if you cannot pay in cash, we accept bank transfers. Please contact us for our account details.

Q8. Where are you located/do you have an outlet?

We are an e-store at the moment operating from Lahore. We do not have an outlet as yet, however if you would like to view an item, you may take an appointment and come to our Lahore office to view the product.

Q9. Will payment amount be inclusive of taxes?

Yes the COD (cash on delivery) amount is inclusive of taxes.

Q10. Why do you call to confirm orders?

We call all our customers placing order to ensure that the customer is still interested in purchasing the items, cross checking the items they selected, and ensuring the order is not fake. For queries you can call us at 03226384650.

Q11. I want my order to be delivered on a specific date and a specific time. Is that possible?

For all Lahore based customers, you may contact us and give us the details and we will ensure our rider delivers your product accordingly. However, for orders outside of Lahore, we cannot guarantee your delivery to be made in the provided window as we have outsourced our deliveries to a courier service. Although the courier service typically calls before delivery, we still urge our customers to ensure someone will be available at the mailing address with the cash in handy incase of their absence.
